★ 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
★ 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
★ 1 ripe banana, mashed
★ 2 tablespoons peanut butter
★ 1 tablespoon chia seeds
★ 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
★ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
★ Pinch of salt

𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

❶ In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, mashed banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
